Friendly, professional, comfortable while waiting. Great experience.

Everyone was so polite and professional, but most of all helpful. The issues ended up not being that big of a deal, thankfully! Sean, Robyn, Ashley, Robyn, and Jason. (There was another mechanic I spoke with, but I cannot remember his name) all very nice.

Information was relayed to me in a timely manner. Parts were ordered. Need to bring car back to complete work. Hopefully all goes well on the next leg.

My vehicle only has 14k miles on it and it totally died. It was in the shop for two weeks!! The time frame for repair was completely unacceptable. The staff was friendly but did not regularly update me. I hope that the repair was performed correctly but these issues were not caused by me. These were all defects of a new vehicle and that does not inspire confidence.

Called for an oil change and was able to be brought in the same day.

Check in was quick, was immediately greeted by a service tech who logged in my truck. Wait was reasonable for the service performed. Receiving the video of my vehicle and work performed with narration by the service tech was top notch. Checkout smooth and timely and pricing was reasonable.

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of dealing with this dealership. Once again Jason Collins was extremely helpful providing me with updates and with a very positive demeanor.

My vehicle was looked at as soon as I arrived at my scheduled time without any wait. The gentleman helping me was extremely professional and informative. I waited for my truck to be finished in the very comfortable customer lounge. I was kept in the loop on the progress with a video of things that were needed. Thanks for a great experience!
